Mikayla Maluyo, Journalist
Mikayla is a junior at Shadow Ridge High School who is ecstatic to start her first year writing for The Lariat. Her interests include bullet journaling, writing poetry, and reading books. Mikayla spends an obscene amount of time looking for songs that fit her day. She hopes to write articles that would bring a smile to people's faces while still informing them of serious events. She also aspires to explore the journalism writing style to further her experience as a writer.
