Attention students and faculty of Shadow Ridge High School! An exciting new dining experience is making its way to the Las Vegas Strip that is sure to become a hotspot for after-school hangouts and late-night cravings. Scheduled to open in 2026, the colossal In-N-Out Burger will be one of the largest locations in the chain’s history, marking a significant milestone for fast-food enthusiasts and fans of this iconic establishment.

Located at 3755 S. Las Vegas Boulevard, this three-story, 10,520-square-foot restaurant will offer ample space for locals and tourists alike to enjoy their favorite meals. With 8,020 square feet of indoor dining and an additional 2,500 square feet of patio seating, this new venue promises to cater to both large groups and casual diners.
As Anaya Edmonds, a senior at Shadow Ridge, shares, “I can’t wait to check it out! In-N-Out has always been a favorite, and now it’ll be a fun place for us to gather with friends after school.”
In-N-Out Burger has carved out a niche following since its inception in California in 1948. Known for its fresh ingredients and ‘secret menu’ items, it delivers a unique fast-food experience that remains unparalleled in the industry. The company prides itself on using 100% fresh, never frozen beef and produces its food without pre-packaging or freezing, ensuring a quality meal every time.
The allure of In-N-Out isn’t just about the food; it’s a cultural phenomenon.
Senior Elizabeth Greenburg enthusiastically notes, “The new store will be a great way to celebrate the brand’s history. I love how they stay true to their roots while expanding.”
This upcoming establishment will feature a modern design complemented by vibrant, retro neon signage, paying homage to the classic Las Vegas aesthetic.
The new location will also feature a company store, allowing fans to purchase official In-N-Out merchandise. From dog collars to plush blankets and trendy T-shirts, there will be something for every fan to take home as a piece of the experience.
While it has yet to announce an official opening date, the excitement surrounding this new addition to the Strip is palpable. Construction on the restaurant typically takes about nine months from the start date, so keep an eye out for updates as the project progresses.

Notably, this development continues In-N-Out’s growth story in Nevada, following the opening of their first location in Las Vegas in 1992. Now with 18 locations throughout the city, the new establishment will be a welcome addition and is expected to attract food lovers from all around.
Students at Shadow Ridge might just find themselves making frequent trips to this new culinary hotspot, savoring the delicious burgers and enjoying time spent with friends.
