Crave Cookies new location on Decatur

Crave Cookies, a new addition to the Crossroads Towne Center, has recently opened. Crave has multiple locations in other states, but before this new location opened, Vegas only had two. Since they have opened their new shop in Decatur, their cookies have quickly gained more popularity.

Junior Ashley Cottino loves cookies. She is looking forward to visiting Crave and trying one of their Crave Combos, a box of their cookies that come in either a 4, 6, or 12 count.

“I always get Crumbl when I’m craving cookies but Crave looks really good and it’s definitely in a more convenient location,” stated Cottino.

The grand opening of the Decatur location took place on May 4th, where guests were offered free Crave Chocolate Chip cookies and a chance to win free cookies for a year. Crave also announced their lineup of grand opening flavors which included Horchata Churro, Peanut Butter Cup, Chilled Biscoff Oreo, Lemon Bar, and Chocolate Lava.

Every Friday, Crave’s cookie menu changes and 5 new flavors are released in order to keep the menu updated for customers. This week, the cookie flavors include the Samoa, Eclair, Peanut Butter Cup, Chocolate Cupcake, and Baked Butterbeer. The classic Crave Chocolate Chip cookies are always available for customers to enjoy. Cookies are usually $4.15, but the Crookie, a mix of a chocolate chip cookie and a croissant, is also a new addition to the menu for just .99 cents more.

Junior Rilee Copenhaver says, “I usually go to Twisted Sugar for cookies but after visiting the Crave website, I definitely want to try them. The Peanut Butter Cup cookie looks really good.”

As summer approaches, many teenagers are looking for a summer job. The minimum age to work at Crave is 16, which is ideal for most juniors. Job applications are available on their website.

Besides cookies, Crave has their own sodas. Since these sodas are customizable, creams, purées, fruit, and boba can be added in to make it uniquely delicious. Crave also sells bottles of milk to dip their cookies in. They call milk a cookie’s “ultimate sidekick.”

Cottino continues, “I’d definitely want to visit Crave with my friends, it would be fun to get together and try out all of the flavors. I think the Samoa and Chocolate Cupcake cookies would be my favorites.”

Crave also has tips on how to “Elevate Your Crave experience” and answers to commonly asked questions on their website
