Coolest Cars at Shadow

Slug+Bug%21
Brock Baldwin
Slug Bug!

Senior Brock Baldwin has one  of the coolest cars in the Shadow Ridge parking lot, bought by his dad because of an amazing price. This bug has by far been one of the most unique cars to be parked in Shadow Ridge’s student section parking lot.

Coolest car in the lot (Brock Baldwin )

Baldwin has not only taken some slips and slides but learned how to drive in this car and passed his drivers test in this bug, making it not only a car but a good companion in his life, taking him all the places he wishes to go.

“There was this one time where I slid off of the road while exiting the interstate, but no one got hurt and nothing broke.”

Putting in hard work with Baldwin’s dad beside him, he didn’t only build the car but developed a connection as well.

“The bug is definitely an important car to me, it is one I learned to drive in and probably the coolest thing I own,” stated Baldwin.

Baldwin hopes to keep his car for as long as he can, considering it can still get him places safely. There is no extravagant backstory on the car, it just happened to be available and was brought to Baldwin’s dad at a good price. However since Baldwin intends to keep the car until the wheels fall off, Baldwin is in for many more adventures. Some may think Baldwin’s favorite part of his bug is the color, but the speaker system that was installed by Baldwin and his dad outshines them all. Baldwin’s bug has taken him on many adventures and there are plenty to come, maybe even turning into a family heirloom or just a good memory to look back on when buying a new car for himself.

Maybe Baldwin will get to experience buying his son or daughter an old bucket as their first car and helping them fix it all up, installing radio systems, and creating another core memory passed on to his kids.

Baldwin encourages students from Shadow Ridge to take a look at his car, maybe even consider buying one for themselves. Baldwin’s bug may not be the highest quality car but it certainly is the coolest, not only in the Shadow Ridge parking lot, but the places his bug takes him.
