Cole says, “I’m most excited for the new transition and potentially new area to be in. I’m ready for the increase of competition and playing with top players to push me to become better than I am today.”
Cole prepares herself to know that she is going to have more training to stick with the best, and learn advanced techniques. She has to believe in herself to keep up with her academics and stay motivated for future changes.
Davis says, “I’m most excited about the new transition and a new chapter of my life playing at a collegiate level. I’m most ready for the competition and being pushed to become a better player than I am now.”

Davis is preparing herself by training a lot more and harder. She is mentally preparing herself to know that it’s gonna be hard but anyone can do anything if she puts her mind to it.
“One of the biggest challenges I anticipate is adjusting to a new team dynamic, including learning how to communicate and build chemistry with new teammates and coaches. To prepare, I’m working on my adaptability by playing with different groups, improving my leadership skills, and studying team strategies,” says Cole.
The biggest adjustment from high school to college athletics will likely be the increased speed and physicality of the game, as well as the higher level of competition. Managing a more demanding schedule, including academics and training, will also be a big shift for Cole.
Davis says, “Adjusting to a new team and a new environment will be the hardest move from highschool ol to college. I’m preparing by keeping a positive mindset and willing to learn new things.”
Davis’s current training regimen includes strength training, speed and agility exercises/training, and a lot of skills training. She is more focused on skills to improve her throwing techniques and become a better quarterback than she is today.
“My current training regimen includes a mix of strength training, agility drills, conditioning, and skill development specific to flag football. I focus on improving my speed, footwork, and reaction time while also working on endurance to keep up with the fast-paced college game,” says Cole.
The biggest change Cole has made in her training or diet is focusing on proper nutrition and recovery. She makes sure to fuel her body with the right balance of protein, carbs, and healthy fats while also prioritizing hydration and sleep to enhance performance.
