Shadow Ridge senior, Franciss Cretin conquers the world and social media with her up and coming coffee business, A Cup of Imagination! With dreams of starting up her first coffee shop, Cretin’s Instagram account promotes her daily creations of different creative drinks, as it leaves her followers with something to always count on.
Cretin explains, “I have been running this business since December of 2023. I have always wanted to start my own business, and one thing that I love to do is to bake and make fun new drinks, so I decided to fully commit to this idea and start my own business!”
With such immense hopes for the future, Cretin is utilizing this time to really connect with the community, as she gets to spread positivity through her creative drinks one sip at a time!
Cretin expresses, “Since starting this business, I have found that I most enjoy it when people interact with my posts and share how much they love my drinks! I also really enjoy making new drinks and trying out recipes!”
This new business really gives Cretin the chance to reach out and communicate with the community, as locals are always welcome to reach out and share ideas. From baking and whipping up creative new drinks, Cretin is constantly deriving inspiration from those around her, as she continues to work towards her goals in opening a coffee shop.
“My overall goal in this business is to eventually expand my opportunities, and open a coffee shop! But, for now, I plan to save enough to start up my first coffee cart or truck. I will be attending CSN to study business in the fall, so I will be able to learn more about business and how to achieve my goals,” Cretin conveys.
Cretin is constantly striving to fulfill this aspirational goal, as she is always looking to create new drinks for those around her to enjoy and look back on. She hopes that, in the future, she can work to create a safe space for anyone to come in, sit down, and enjoy a nice new drink.
Cretin states, “I feel like my business is able to give people a fun treat to look forward to at the end of the day, and it is ultimately something that they’re really able to enjoy and share with others!”
