Sophomore Makayla Morante says, “The most exciting thing for me since I entered high school has been meeting new people. My biggest challenge has been getting to know people and finding my way around school. I asked people around me for help with things I was confused about and complemented people, which was how I was able to make new friends. My best memory so far has been my JROTC class  and getting to know each other better. JROTC and the Shadow Ridge community is my favorite part of high school right now. After high school I plan to join the military.”
