A weird law in Arkansas is that you can’t honk your horn near a sandwich shop after 9 pm. The law is set in Little Rock and says, “no person shall sound the horn on a vehicle at any place where cold drinks or sandwiches are served after 9:00 p.m.” It’s not clear how much this law is enforced, but it’s best to not test when driving in Little Rock.
