Dance 1, 2 & 3
Dance class is where you learn how to build or strengthen your mind-body connection while listening to music and collaborating with classmates. We dance to many different genres of music, and build skills in Jazz, Hip Hop, Ballet, Ballroom, Modern, and more! Not only will you learn how to dance steps, you will learn the history of how and why dance started which develops a deeper understanding of different cultures. Lastly dance is a great way to learn how to stretch and take care of your bodies, so all you athletes out there might be interested!
