Uga the Bulldog: University of Georgia

Uga is the 10th English Bulldog representing the University of Georgia, which has been a staple in the mascot landscape dating back to 1956. Although each dog in the line of wonderful little creatures is named Uga, Uga X-the latest Uga- has a custon made jersey and a varsity letter. Each Uga has it’s own air conditioned dog house on the field. Uga X made appearances at the Countdown to Kickoff event in July 2015, as well as Picture Day in August, before presiding over the entirety of the 2015 football season. He capped his inaugural season by leading the team to a 24-17 victory over Penn State at the 2016 Taxslayer Bowl. The Bulldog’s (football team) record is 54-15 under Uga X.
