Las Vegas is home to many different art exhibits/installations, among these lies Arte Museum. Arte Museum is an interactive art exhibition space run by a company called d’strict. Every piece of artwork within Arte Museum The Vegas Arte Museum is not the only one in the world, there are other installations in South Korea and Dubai. The Las Vegas Arte Museum attempts to capture the theme of Eternal Nature, this theme is shown throughout the exhibit through the digital showcase of nature.
One of the first experiences within Arte Museum is Flower Rose. Flower Rose is a room covered with projections of colorful and vibrant flowers all across the walls and floors. The room features a fragrance created by renowned perfumer Nawrocki Sabatier in order to accentuate the flower theming. However, Flower Rose isn’t the only flower themed exhibit within Arte Museum. Giant Camellia is a smaller exhibit, only taking up one wall. This wall interacts via touch, playing sounds and visually changing as guests touch the digital flowers.

Behind Giant Camellia lies Live Sketchbook Night Safari. This exhibit utilizes drawings created by guests and places them within a digital landscape. Shadow Ridge High School Chemistry teacher, Rebecca Cleveland, shares her thoughts on the exhibit, stating. ”My favorite part is the exhibit that incorporates people’s drawings into a virtual jungle. That is such a sweet way to help aspiring young artists receive validation and see their art be used. I think that can be a special experience for some people.”
The most impressive exhibit within Arte Museum is the Garden. The Garden is the largest exhibit within Arte Museum both in duration and in room size. The Garden features three different experiences which total up to twenty-five minutes. The first show with the Garden is Threads of Connection. Threads of Connection highlights the legacy of Korean national heritage with the theme connection. This show makes creative use of the Garden area while also having nice visuals.
The next show is Light of Las Vegas. Light of Las Vegas is the longest show in the Garden, taking twelve minutes of the total twenty-five. The show starts with nothing but golden light. As the show progresses, this light eventually transforms into the Las Vegas desert. After some time is spent showcasing the beauty of the Vegas desert, the show then focuses on the gambling side of Vegas. This section consists of three classic casino games: roulette, cards, and slot machines. The final portion of the show takes guests to the city of Las Vegas itself. This portion of the show covers the walls with the Vegas skyline and fireworks, celebrating Las Vegas as a whole.
The final show in the Garden is Beach Aurora. Beach Aurora is a simple and static exhibit. It shows guests a contrast between the fierce waves of the ocean and the calm nature of the aurora.
Shadow Ridge High School history teacher, Allison Wilson, stated. “The Arte museum looks like a very interesting exhibit. The exhibits look very captivating, and there are a lot of different parts that I would definitely be interested in checking out. I worked at a museum for almost 5 years, and have a strong appreciation for any type of museum, whether it be historical or artistic. Overall, I think the Arte Museum looks like a pretty interesting gallery with a good variety of art types and mediums that would be interesting to see in person.”
