Rollercoaster lovers beware! Knott’s Berry Farm has a new Halloween themed look, and the park is making sure to bring a few family friendly thrills from September 19th to November 2nd. This year, Knott’s Berry’s Farm will have haunted mazes, sinister shows and over a thousand spooky creatures lurking around the park. 

Compared to other California-based theme parks, Knotts Berry Farm is seen as the perfect adrenaline rush that won’t break the bank. 

One of the recent crowds included Vixen Armstrong, a junior at Shadow.

“Knott’s is a great theme park substitute for Disneyland and Universal Studios,” Armstrong said. “It is fun for people who love rollercoasters but there are some chill rides too. It is also the cheaper option but that does not mean there is a decline in quality.”

Knott’s Scary Farm has around 56 different rides and attractions, as well as plenty of shows to bring down the heart rate in between the hours of fun. 

“My favorite ride in Knott’s is Ghost Rider, it is an all wooden roller coaster that is thrilling but not nauseating, it also lasts more than 10 seconds,” commented Armstrong. 

Knott’s Berry Farm has an over one hundred year legacy to uphold, and continues to draw in fans across the country. From the depths of ghost stories, to family recipes, this park has grown into the perfect go-to for family fun. 

“The overall experience was great! The food was amazing, the rides were fun and it is a great experience for the price,” said Armstrong. “On a personal note I must say that I also love it because they sell a lot of Snoopy merch, which is one of my favorite characters.” 

Luckily for Peanut’s fans, Knott’s Berry Farm has an area named Camp Snoopy, where visitors can find the entire Peanuts gang, and enjoy well rounded rides to even out the racing hearts. 

However, flying coasters are not the only rides that Knott’s offers. With a multitude of raging rapids, water slides and teacup-based spins, Knott’s Berry takes the health and limits of their patrons into consideration. 

With hundreds of spooktacular events, Knott’s berry is the perfect go-to for fun with family and friends. 

“I would totally recommend it because it is something that is fun with family but also just friends. It’s a nice chill atmosphere with thrilling rides that feel safe and fun!” commented Armstrong.
