Mia is a sophomore at Shadow Ridge High School who is always tired. It’s a blessing that she has good grades and actually gets things done. This is her first year in journalism and she thinks it is great, (she was forced to say this for a bag of Skittles.) Her biggest inspiration is her mom, hoping she grows up just as strong and resilient as her. In her free time she either A. sleeps. B. plays on her phone. Nothing else. She has always loved writing since she was small and English has always been her favorite subject. She is honestly very excited to start writing for The Lariat and thinks it’s going to be a fun experience. (Ps. She wasn’t forced to say this for a bag of Skittles, it was a joke.)
