Francis is a junior at Shadow Ridge High and he was scouted for The Lariat after the journalism teacher, Paige Smith, read some of his work. Francis loves to procrastinate until the last minute and works well when rushed. Francis was spelling champion of his class in 3rd grade but misspells words daily now. Francis has been writing since he was three years old and he is honestly one of the best writers in the world (maybe even better than Shakespeare).
