Viber

Viber is a free to download app that allows users to make free calls, send texts, pictures,  and video messages to other Viber users. It also works on computers and is being used to connect people around the world. This software was developed in 2010 which involved Rakuten in 2014, and as of 2018, there are over a billion registered users on the network. Users are registered through a cellular telephone number through the app and is accessible without needing mobile connectivity. As users can send pictures and videos, this app also provides an app international landline and mobile calling service called Viber Out. Viber makes connecting to those far away, a breeze.
