6 Scary Movies to Kick Off the Halloween Season

Sally and her brother Franklin set out to investigate with their friends after they learn that their grandfather's grave was vandalized. They stop at their family's old farmhouse, they get attacked by Leatherface, a crazed murderer who wears a mask of skin. As the teens are attacked one by one, it is up to the survivors to escape.   

On Halloween night 1963, six year old Micheal Myers murdered his older sister Judith. Micheal was locked away until Halloween night of 1978 when he escaped and went back to his hometown to hunt down his next victim. Laurie Strode becomes his sole victim and she has to fight for her life to make it out alive.   

The murderous history at Crystal Lake doesn’t stop the young new counselors from setting up summer camp in the area. Locals warn against this, but the youngsters, Marcie, Alice, Bill, Jack and Ned, pay no attention to these warnings. They eventually find themselves being stalked by a ruthless killer, as they get slashed and shot, they struggle to make it out alive.

At first the ghosts were friendly and harmless, but they turn out not to be so friendly and when Carol Ann goes missing, her parents turn to a parapsychologist and even an exorcist for help finding...

When one of the teens, Nancy, starts to look into it, she starts to suspect that a deep secret being kept by her and her friends parents may be the way into solving the mystery.   

A teenage girl, Sidney becomes the target of a masked killer just a year after her mother was murdered. A local tabloid reporter, Gale, is trying everything she can to uncover who the killer is. Gale tells Sidney that she thinks the same person killed her mother. Eventually Sidney’s boyfriend becomes the prime suspect in the case.
